Askew Jewelers offers a 10-day return window from delivery date on eligible items purchased through AskewJewelers.com.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase required

How to Return

Contact us at contact@askewjewelers.com to request a return. If approved, you can either:

  • Use the prepaid return shipping label we provide, or
  • Drop off your return at our physical location during business hours

Do not ship items back without authorization - unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Gift cards

Defects & Errors

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@askewjewelers.com. We'll make it right.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at contact@askewjewelers.com or call our store to discuss exchange options for your specific item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any transaction fees. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from approval, contact us at contact@askewjewelers.com.

European Union Customers

EU customers have a 14-day cooling off period to cancel or return orders for any reason, subject to the same condition requirements above.
